OUR FIRM
WORLD SOLID ADVISERS (WSA) was founded by Pedro Marinho de Castro, an expert with over 27 years experience in corporate and private clients advisory.
Our goal at WSA is to provide effective solutions designed to boost your business, regardless of size and industry branch.
Today WSA is a dedicated private and corporate finance business unit of World Solid Group.
World Solid Group provides customers with Private Advisory services, Corporate Client Support, Restructuring, Valuation, and Transaction Advisory.
In January 2016, WORLD SOLID CAPITAL, LDA (WSC), dedicated to integrated IT management solutions to Family Offices and Investment Managers, was born as part of the WORLD SOLID ADVISERS group
In June 2017 WSA created World Hospitality a new Hotel Management department.
The WSA Dashboard, our Top Management Control Platform, was Born in May 2018.

PEDRO MARINHO DE CASTRO
Managing Partner
Pedro has over 27 years of experience in corporate and private banking, working close to private equity firms, family offices, SMEs and wealthy individuals.
Pedro started his successful career in Corporate Banking, having become a Director in the SMEs department where he led a multidisciplinary unit of business and risk managers, analysts and sales teams. During this period, Pedro was also responsible for the connection between the markets and SMEs departments to streamline the sale of structured and derivatives products.
More recently and as a partner of WSA, Pedro has been acting as member and advisor to several boards of directors in companies held by private equity funds, performing corporate and financial restructuring, financial management, M&A and internationalization support.
